Sheba Dawn Wooddell

Sheba Dawn Wooddell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in instruction and court operations. Since January 2007, Sheba has served as a Certified NTSI Principal Instructor for Fleet & Diversion and N.W. Diversion Coordinator at NTSI, offering virtual and on-site practical training and evaluations from an office located in Keizer, Oregon. Additionally, since October 2000, Sheba has held the position of Court Officer at Hubbard Municipal Court, where responsibilities include serving as Court Bailiff Officer and Traffic Safety Officer. Sheba is also the owner of STAR 21 INC, a role held since June 1997.
