Alvin Brown

Alvin Brown is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems analysis, technical support, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Systems Analyst II at NTT DATA since October 2020, Alvin supports eCommerce websites and manages incident resolution within the Digital Engineering Team. As the owner of Alvin's Computer Svc, established in 1990, Alvin provides comprehensive computer support services. Previous roles include IT Support Analyst for Dell/Boeing, IT Project Coordinator at HP, and Application Support Analyst at United Airlines, where Alvin handled application monitoring, project metrics, and user support. Alvin holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Systems Technology and Biomedical Electronic Systems Technology from Microcomputer Technology Institute, along with a background in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of the Virgin Islands.
