Chris Fougere

Chris Fougere is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience at NTT DATA Corporation and Morgan Stanley, starting in August 2005. In the role of L2 Technical Team Lead for Mobile and Remote Operations, Chris manages a team focused on providing support for Remote and Mobile applications, while also creating and implementing crucial technical documentation. As a Principal Consultant and L2 Technical Team Lead / L3 Subject-Matter Expert in Advisory Application Support, Chris leads a team in the high-pressure Investment Banking Research sector, effectively managing application and infrastructure outages. Previously, Chris served as Shift Manager in Enterprise Infrastructure, overseeing a ten-person team in the Legal and Compliance branch and developing ITIL-aligned processes. Chris began the career as an L1/L2 Support Technician in Prime Brokerage, providing critical monitoring and support in a fast-paced environment. Chris holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Dalhousie University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
