Chris Safsten is an experienced management consultant and program manager with a strong background in AI, organization change, and digital strategy. They began their career at Aon Hewitt, providing management consulting services to utilities and IT services companies from 1995 to 2000, and later held senior consulting roles at KPMG and Booz Allen Hamilton focused on transformation and organizational change.
