Jaco Muller

Jaco Muller currently serves as the Head of Client Delivery - Media at NTT DATA, overseeing a division of 70 professionals delivering managed services in media, classifieds, and fintech, with a focus on regulatory compliance and corporate alignment. Previously, Jaco held the same position at Dimension Data and has extensive experience in operational leadership, including roles as Head of Operations and General Manager at Internet Solutions, as well as holding senior positions at MWEB and MultiChoice. Jaco's educational background includes a Global MBA in Digital Transformation from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management & Design from the University of Pretoria. Notably, Jaco received the Media Internet Holdings Award in 2011 for significant contributions to Optinet and Naspers/MIH Group.
