Katie Irving is a Cyber Security Technical Solutions Architect and Senior Consultant currently working at NTT DATA. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Assistant Head, Energy Cyber Policy at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), and previously held the position of Senior Policy Advisor focused on the EU Emission Trading System. Katie has also contributed to policy advising at Defra and was the founder of Lee Food Assembly. Their expertise includes climate change negotiation as part of the UK delegation for COP26.
