Olga Blunt

Olga Blunt is a professional with diverse experience in customer service, administration, and certification coordination. At Marriott International, from November 2014 to February 2018, Olga served as a Front Office Supervisor/Duty Manager, leading a team of 15 and achieving high guest satisfaction rates while being recognized for exceptional upselling. Following this role, Olga joined AMTIVO Group as an International Certification Coordinator from February 2018 to July 2020, where performance KPIs were significantly exceeded and operational efficiency improved. Olga continued to advance in the field, taking on the role of ISO International Technical and Compliance Officer, successfully managing a large portfolio of client accounts and enhancing revenue.
