Carlo Carroccia

Carlo Carroccia has extensive work experience in the legal field, specifically in the technology and telecommunications industries. Carlo is currently the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel - Americas at NTT Ltd., a global technology services company. Prior to this role, Carlo held various positions at NTT Ltd., including Vice President, Managing Counsel - Americas and Managing Counsel, Americas.

Before joining NTT Ltd., Carlo worked as the Managing Counsel, Americas at NTT Communications and as the General Counsel, Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs, Americas at Globecast, an Orange Business Services company. Carlo also held the role of Assistant General Counsel, Americas at Globecast.

Carlo's earlier experience includes working as a Legal Counsel at IntraLinks, Inc., Director of Legal Affairs & Corporate Counsel at T-Systems North America, and Assistant General Counsel at Intelsat Corporation. Carlo served as Senior Counsel at PanAmSat Corporation and gained legal intern experience at the Office of Comptroller, Florida Department of Banking & Finance, and Judge Paul G. Hyman, Jr., U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.

Carlo Carroccia completed their high school education at Ithaca High School, although the specific years of attendance are unknown. Carlo then went on to enroll at Ithaca College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from 1989 to 1993. After completing their undergraduate studies, Carlo Carroccia joined the University of Miami School of Law from 1996 to 1999, where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Additionally, they obtained the Advanced Leadership Development Program certification from Headspring Executive Development in October 2023.
