Kelly Wilson

Kelly Wilson is a highly experienced professional in managed services and IT operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Managed Services Delivery ANZ at NTT Ltd. since November 2017, overseeing a team of over 400 delivery staff and managing both onshore and offshore service delivery. Prior to this role, Kelly was the National Manager of Enterprise Services Delivery Operations at Dimension Data and the Australia & New Zealand Regional Service Management Leader at HP. Kelly's extensive career at HP also included various leadership positions focused on incident and problem management across the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management/Marketing and an Applied Science in Information Technology, both from Swinburne University of Technology.
