Pat Arcilla

Pat Arcilla is an HR leader with over a decade of experience across various HR functions. Currently serving as the People and Culture Leader at NTT DATA Inc Philippines, Pat oversees HR Operations and the HR Business Partner Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and enhancing employee engagement. Previously, Pat worked at Accenture as an HR Business Partner, providing guidance and support to business leaders while managing employee lifecycle activities. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Far Eastern University and have completed leadership programs at Harvard Business School and The Table Group.
