Renato Perez

Renato 'Rene' Perez has extensive experience in network operations and technical management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Network Operations and Carrier Management at NTT America, Inc. since October 1998, Rene oversees a team of network engineers in providing quality service and technical support. Previous roles include Manager of US Network Operations at the New York Technical Service Center, focusing on optimizing team performance and managing critical escalations, as well as work as a Network Engineer. Earlier in their career, Rene held positions as an Account Manager and Switching Engineer at Eastern Telecommunications Philippines Inc., starting as a Field Technician. Rene holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the same institution.
