Theo Lemmer

Theo Lemmer is currently the Head of Service Transition Management at NTT Data in South Africa. Previously, they served as a Principal Transition Specialist at Dimension Data and a Transition and Transformation Manager at T-Systems, where they led significant projects, including the implementation of a Master Service Agreement with Eskom. Theo has extensive experience in service management, project and program management, and continuous improvement, having also worked as a Business Manager at Gijima, managing a team of 107 engineers. They hold various certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Masters Certificate, and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths and Computer Science from the University of Pretoria.
