Vinay Nichani

Vinay Nichani serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Sales & Solutions at NTT DATA, Inc. since December 2024. Prior to this role, Vinay was with Cisco for over 11 years, holding positions including Vice President of Worldwide Software Sales, where responsibility included leading a 200-person software specialist organization and overseeing field sales teams of over 10,000. Notable achievements at Cisco include driving strategic software purchasing programs to exceed $5 billion within five years and significantly increasing Enterprise License Agreement sales. Additionally, Vinay contributed to Rising Above the Storms (RAS) as a board member from March 2021 to March 2024. Academic qualifications include an Executive Education program in Managing Teams for Innovation and Success from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
