Ziad Mahfouz

Ziad Mahfouz has extensive experience in information technology and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of the Integrated Operation Center at NTT DATA, Inc. since June 2013, where responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and managing all IOC managers. Prior roles at Secure-24 encompassed leadership of the IOC Analyst and Customer Service teams, focusing on continuous staff improvement and operational performance. Ziad began the IT career as an Analyst and Instructor at ACCESS and Team Logic IT, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer from the Arts, Sciences, and Technology University in Lebanon.
