Gigi Low

Gigi Low is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, customer experience, and strategic leadership, particularly within NTUC Club since March 2012. Gigi has held various leadership roles, including Director of Engagement & Alliance and Director of Customer Experience, where contributions to the UPlay framework transformed NTUC Club's operations towards a community-centric model. Gigi effectively enhanced membership programs and digital interactions during the COVID-19 pandemic, promoting growth and participation. Prior roles include managing community development initiatives and implementing service excellence strategies across business units. Gigi's educational background includes a diploma in Microelectronics from Temasek Polytechnic and further studies at the University of New Brunswick.
