Stanley Ho

Stanley Ho has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and industrial relations. Stanley started their career at the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in 2008, where they worked as an Industrial Relations Officer, managing union matters in various industries. Stanley held different positions within NTUC, with their last appointment being Assistant Executive Secretary with the Healthcare Services Employees' Union. In 2017, they joined SMRT Corporation Ltd as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are the Industrial and Employee Relations Lead in HR at NTUC FairPrice, starting from 2022.

Stanley Ho completed their education with a Professional Diploma in Employment Relations from the Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, graduating between 1997 and 2001. Stanley also completed GCE 'A' Levels at Hwa Chong Junior College (now known as Hwa Chong Institution) from 1994 to 1995.
