Teck Cheng Bay

Teck Cheng Bay has a diverse work experience in various companies. Teck Cheng started their career at Singtel as a Business Planning Manager and Investment Manager from 1997 to 2004. Teck Cheng then moved to AkzoNobel as a Regional Financial Planning & Business Excellence Director from 2004 to 2008. Teck Cheng Bay then joined Glanbia Nutritionals as a Strategy and Development Director from 2008 to 2012. Teck Cheng then worked at Diageo, where they held multiple roles including Financial Planning Analysis from 2012 to 2014, Global Head of Business Performance Management from 2014 to 2016, Investor Relations Director in 2016, and finally, Head of Productivity Programme - SEA from 2016 to 2017. After that, they worked as a Business Controller at Electrolux in 2018, and currently serves as the Director of Business Planning and Director of Procurement Strategy at NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd since 2019.

Teck Cheng Bay completed a Strategic Communication Management program at Singapore Management University in 2017-2018. Teck Cheng also pursued an Executive Management Development Programme at Irish Management Institute. Additionally, Teck Cheng Bay participated in the CFA program offered by the CFA Institute. Teck Cheng obtained a 1st Class Honours degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
