Yolanda Zhang

Yolanda Zhang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and corporate development. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for both Corporate Development and Workforce Planning at NTUC First Campus since May 2022, Yolanda Zhang leads organization-wide manpower planning, budget management, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Prior to this role, Yolanda Zhang held significant positions at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore from February 2009 to May 2022, including Senior Manager for Sectoral Manpower Planning and Development, where strategic planning and collaboration with industry stakeholders were key responsibilities. Additional positions at LTA involved driving industry transformation initiatives and managing international partnerships. Yolanda Zhang holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Public Administration from Peking University.
