Justin Ho serves as the Assistant Manager for Special Projects in Strategy & Transformation at NTUC Health Co-operative Limited since December 2021. In this role, Justin assists with the optimization and standardization of processes, develops scheduling SOPs, and enhances the in-house CRM system based on user feedback, leading to improved operational efficiency. Prior to this, Justin was a Senior Engineer at SMRT Corporation Ltd, where responsibilities included leading continuous improvement initiatives and digitization efforts, as well as acting as the Duty Manager for incident management. Justin also gained experience as a Research Intern at DNV GL, analyzing drone technology for renewable industries. Justin holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Product Development from the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
