Brian Koo has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Brian started their career with PSA Corporation Limited in 1995 as a Dy Operations Manager, where they worked until December 2005. In 2007, they joined Income as a Snr Group Centre Manager, holding the position for 10 years until April 2017. Brian then served as a Group Branch Manager at Income from April 2017 to June 2019, leading a team of branch managers and customer service executives. From June 2019 to March 2021, they worked as the Deputy Vice President of Management Support at Income. Currently, they hold the title of Deputy Vice President of Digital Transformation at Income, starting from March 2021.
Brian Koo received their Bachelor of Business degree in Banking from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their A levels at Nanyang Junior College from 1988 to 1989. Brian completed their secondary education at Chung Cheng High School (Main) from 1984 to 1987.
