Hendry Sumilo

Hendry Sumilo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project delivery and governance. Currently serving as Senior Manager & Section Head of IT Project Delivery & Governance at Income since July 2004, Hendry has held various roles, including Manager of the Program Management Office and Project Manager, contributing to the implementation of BMC Remedy & MyIT ITSM Suites. An invited speaker at the BMC Exchange in Singapore in 2015, Hendry presented on the journey to a standardized enterprise-wide ITSM platform. Previous experience includes positions at ecGain Pte Ltd as a Software Engineer, developing e-Commerce systems and content management prototypes, and an industrial trainee role at MCMS Sdn Bhd, where Hendry developed a Time Attendance System. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
