Tan Wan Ling has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Tan worked as a Student Consultant for Recruitment and Learning & Development Specialist at Kelly Services for a few months in 2012. Later in 2009, they worked as an Assistant Events Coordinator & Sales Associate at OKI Data (Singapore) Pte Ltd for four years. In 2014, they became a Brand Strategist at UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute for two and a half years. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant at INSEAD. Tan Wan Ling then joined Income in 2017 and held various roles including Financial Services Consultant, Financial Services Associate Director, and currently works as the Financial Services Director.
