Vivianna Low

Vivianna Low has a strong background in the financial services industry, with over 24 years of experience. Vivianna currently holds the position of Chief Retail Officer at Income, a role they have been in since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President & Head of Retail Financial Services at NTUC Income from September 2016 to April 2023.

Before joining NTUC Income, Vivianna held positions at OCBC Bank and HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management. At OCBC Bank, they were a Vice President from September 2012 to September 2016, and from September 2010 to August 2012. At HSBC, they served as a Vice President from July 2006 to August 2010.

Earlier in their career, Vivianna worked at OCBC Bank as a Branch Manager from September 2002 to July 2006. Prior to that, they were a Corporate Relationship Manager at ING from August 2001 to July 2002, and at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) from August 1997 to August 2001.

Vivianna Low completed a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management at the Singapore Institute of Management in 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Arts & Social Science (merit) degree in Economics/Geography from the National University of Singapore between 1990 and 1994.
