Jared Cohen

Jared Cohen's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Jared is currently the Chief Operating Officer at NU Advisory Partners since 2023. Before that, they were involved with NYCOO as a Co-Founder, Advisor, Coach, and Investor, where they co-founded the COO group and provided business development, recruiting, consulting services, personal support, and networking.

In 2019, Cohen became a Board Member at Threes Brewing, where they also served as the CEO from 2022 to 2023 and as the COO from 2019 to 2022. Jared'sresponsibilities at Threes Brewing included scaling manufacturing and hospitality businesses, designing a new operating system, and adapting to the challenges presented by the pandemic.

Prior to Threes Brewing, Cohen worked at OpenFin as the CAO and General Counsel, overseeing business operations, human resources, recruiting, data, finance, sales operations, and legal matters. Jared also held the position of VP Community Experience and Product, General Counsel at Teachers Pay Teachers, where they transformed the organization into a results-oriented one.

Other roles in Cohen's career include being the COO and General Counsel at See.Me, the VP of Operations and General Counsel at Kickstarter, and the Director of Data Operations and Counsel at Quid. Jared started their career as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, a multinational corporate law firm.

Jared Cohen completed their JD degree at New York University School of Law from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BS degree in Management/Finance from Binghamton University from 1997 to 1999. In addition, they have a certification in Redesigned DAO Operating System from LexDAO - The Decentralized Legal Guild.
