Rajiv Girwar

Rajiv Girwar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, education, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as a Bestuurder at FNV since October 2023, Rajiv is dedicated to the job and income security of both working and non-working individuals in the Netherlands. As a Hogeschooldocent in marketing, strategy, and innovation at Hogeschool Rotterdam since August 2015, Rajiv also mentors startups and oversees various educational committees. With a history of advising best practices in governance for organizations like KNVB & NOC-NSF, and holding positions in advisory and board roles across multiple institutions, Rajiv focuses on enhancing societal impact and community engagement. Additionally, Rajiv co-owns Tealife, a premium wholesale tea supplier, and has contributed as a columnist, emphasizing insights on societal issues. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Marketing Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a teaching qualification from the University of Amsterdam.
