Hillary Tipton

Hillary Tipton is an accomplished professional in the field of packaging and product innovation, currently serving as the Director of Product Innovation at Nu Skin since August 2019, with prior experience as Senior Manager of Packaging Systems and Supply Manager. Hillary's expertise includes extensive project management and new product development, having previously held the position of Packaging Manager at Pernod Ricard and Product and Process Engineering Manager at Aloe Vera of America. As a Packaging Engineer, Hillary managed packaging across multiple entities and oversaw more than 200 products, establishing comprehensive packaging specifications and leading cross-functional teams. Hillary's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
