Ilham Syafrialdi

Ilham Syafrialdi is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Product Manager at Nu Skin since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing an internal IT team and overseeing product planning and execution. As a Co-Founder and Shareholder of PT Rocktokom, an IT consulting firm established in Jakarta in 2010, Ilham specializes in startup product development. Prior experience includes roles at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRITEX) as a Digital Product & Merchandising Manager and Brand Manager from December 2017 to January 2021, and as Co-Founder and COO of Maskoolin, which transitioned from e-commerce to an automated marketplace between August 2012 and November 2017. Ilham's career began at PT TRIPUTRA AGRO PERSADA GROUP, where roles included Senior System Implementor and Junior System Implementor for ERP projects from September 2009 to February 2012. Ilham holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University, completed in 2008.
