Franceline Bostrom has worked for several companies over the past two decades. Franceline began their career in 1998 as a Sales Manager, Quality Analyst, and Retail Sales Supervisor for Almacenes Exito S.A. In 2005, they joined Ag Processing Inc. as an Export Coordinator. In 2010, they took on the role of Lead Execution Specialist for Gavilon Group, LLC. In 2013, they moved to Olam International as a Global Customer Operations Analyst. Finally, in 2016, they were appointed Customer Service Manager for NuTek Natural Ingredients.

Franceline Bostrom's education history includes studying International Business at Universidad EAFIT from 2002 to 2004, obtaining an Engineer's Degree in Food Engenier from Corporacion Universitaria Lasallista from 1992 to 1997, obtaining a DALF Advanced Certification of French Language from Alliance française from 1990 to 1996, obtaining a Simultaneous Translation in Language Interpretation and Translation from Instituto Colombo Canadience Medellin from 1990 to 1992, and studying ILUNO Intensive English at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
