Saloni Mayekar

Saloni Mayekar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Saloni is currently working at Nua as an Associate Director - Strategy since May 2022. Before that, they founded their own company, Naima, in January 2021, and served as its Founder until August 2022. Prior to Naima, Saloni worked at Matra Technologies as the CTO from June 2019 to November 2020. Saloni also held the position of Director at Healthy Smiles India from July 2017 to July 2019. In addition, Saloni was a Business Consultant at ENCODE ADVANCED DENTISTRY PRIVATE LIMITED from July 2017 to January 2018.

Saloni's earlier experiences include working at EY as a Senior Consultant - Healthcare Advisory Services from April 2014 to May 2017. At EY, they played a significant role in designing and implementing a business intelligence system for a health insurance client, organizing workshops for healthcare professionals, developing new solution offerings, and performing gap analysis and data mapping in a data warehouse.

Before EY, Saloni interned at Quest Diagnostics as an MBA Summer Intern in the General Health and Wellness division in the summer of 2013. Prior to that, they worked as an intern at Morgan Stanley, where they conducted market analysis and provided research insights on the US oral contraceptives market. Saloni was recognized for the quality of their research.

Saloni's earlier experiences also include working as a Research Assistant at University College London from January 2011 to November 2011 and as a Research Student at Royal Free Hospital from October 2010 to March 2011.

Saloni Mayekar completed their education with a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Healthcare Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Saloni pursued this degree from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Saloni earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from UCL, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
