Jeff Decarlo

Jeff DeCarlo, Ed.D., PMP is an accomplished professional in aviation and unmanned systems, currently serving as the Administrator for the MassDOT Aeronautics Division and leading the Commonwealth's UAS & AAM Integration Program. Since August 2015, Jeff DeCarlo has overseen aviation oversight in Massachusetts, managing safety, security, and development across public-use airports. Jeff DeCarlo's involvement extends to leadership roles at the World Economic Forum, CIVITAS Initiative, AUVSI New England, and the NUAIR Alliance, focusing on advancing aviation autonomy and urban air mobility. Additionally, Jeff DeCarlo holds a position as Director of the Massachusetts Air and Space Museum and has extensive experience as a consultant through FWS Aerospace, LLC. With educational credentials including an Ed.D. in Educational Administration and multiple degrees in management and accounting, Jeff DeCarlo combines a strong academic background with over two decades of practical experience in the aviation sector.
