Mike Dainty has over 45 years of experience in management and leadership roles within various industries. Currently serving as Team Leader at Nuaire since April 2017, Mike previously held the position of Production Manager at both Abbey Glass Co and Tomoe Valves. Prior experience includes a role as Team Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group and Business Unit Manager at both Tyco Waterworks and Matsushita Electrics, where Mike contributed to operational excellence and team development.
