Tim Southam is an experienced professional in business development and sales within the heating and building services industries. Currently serving as the Residential Business Development Manager for Nuaire since May 2021, Tim previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Bosch Commercial and Industrial Heating UK from November 2014 to May 2021, focusing on heating solutions in Southern England. Tim’s earlier roles include Area Sales Manager at Georg Fischer Sales Ltd, where management of a large customer database and solution selling were key responsibilities, and Specification Manager at IBP Conex Ltd, promoting innovative pipe fittings. Tim holds a BEng Hons degree in Computer Aided Engineering, Manufacturing Systems from the University of Hertfordshire and a BTEC National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oaklands College.
