Melissa Larsen

Melissa Larsen has extensive experience in client relations and health navigation. Currently serving as a CSR/Accounting professional at Nuance Solutions since October 2020, Melissa previously worked at Proven IT from October 2018 to October 2020, specializing in client relations. Prior to that, Melissa was a Health Navigator I at Advocate Health Care from June 2013 to October 2018, where responsibilities included analyzing health data and managing internal escalations. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Anderson University.
