Carolita Urrestarazu Dyrssen serves as the Head of Business Development at NUBA since April 2024. Previously, Carolita held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Sereno Hotels from January 2014 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and marketing strategies to ensure annual growth and effective branding for all properties and restaurants. Prior roles include Regional Communication Brand Manager for P&G LatAm at MediaCom from August 2010 to December 2013, providing strategic communication advice, and a Planner at both MediaCom and PHD (Omnicom Media Group), delivering planning and strategy services for notable clients across various sectors. Carolita is an alumna of the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University.
