Alessandro A.

Alessandro A. is an experienced product leader, currently serving as Product Lead and Group Product Manager at Nubank since November 2022. Previously, Alessandro co-founded a stealth startup working on crypto payment solutions before pivoting to develop Karamelo. At Wildlife Studios from March 2019 to January 2022, Alessandro held several key positions, including Group Product Manager, where leadership of a team of around 50 led to a significant increase in revenue through innovative monetization tools. As co-founder and Co-CEO of Spry, Alessandro drove growth to approximately US$1 million in revenue and garnered support from prominent accelerators. Earlier professional experiences include a trading internship at Itaú BBA and serving as Managing Director at Grêmio Politécnico da USP, where management of a large team supported the needs of thousands of students. Alessandro holds an Engineer’s Degree in Engenharia de Produção from Escola Politécnica da USP.
