Amanda Richotti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and customer excellence, currently serving as Product Operations II at Nubank since November 2019. Amanda has a strong track record in enhancing tool scalability, managing data reconciliation, and overseeing product expansions and releases. With a history of leadership roles, Amanda has successfully supervised teams and managed customer feedback processes, contributing valuable insights for product teams. Prior to Nubank, Amanda gained diverse experience in consular services and import/export operations, holding positions at the Consulado Geral do Peru em São Paulo and other organizations. Amanda is pursuing advanced studies at Unifesp, with a focus on international conflicts and globalization.
