Andressa Souza

Andressa Souza has extensive experience in business analytics, currently serving as a Business Analytics Associate Manager at Nubank since July 2021. In this role, Andressa is responsible for identifying and solving problems, structuring and analyzing data, and developing various solutions to enhance customer experience while optimizing the company's NPV. Prior to this, Andressa held positions as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Nubank, as well as a Senior Manager and Finance Manager at Grupo 1000 from 2014 to 2021. Academically, Andressa holds a degree in Public Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and is currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development at Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP.
