Beatriz Outeiro

Beatriz Outeiro serves as the Head of Global Legal Corporate Affairs at Nubank since October 2020, overseeing various legal domains including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and legal privacy. Prior to this role, Beatriz held several legal positions at Grupo Santander from 2009 to October 2020, including Legal Director and Legal Superintendent, where responsibilities encompassed corporate governance, structuring boards, and leading significant tender offerings. Beatriz's career in law began at ABN AMRO Brasil from 2000 to 2009, where leadership in corporate matters and M&A processes was pivotal. Beatriz holds a Post-Graduation in Corporate Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a specialization in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from FGV, and a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
