Carlos Prada

Carlos Prada is a seasoned professional in the financial and operational sectors, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Board Member & Co-founder at Nu Colombia, part of the world's largest digital banking platform, Nubank, since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Investment Officer at Mesoamerica, Associate at Monashees Capital, and Private Equity Associate at Bancoldex. Carlos has also held positions at Arcadia Capital Partners and Porvenir, contributing significantly to private equity and asset management in Latin America. Carlos holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, an exchange semester MBA from London Business School, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and an Electrical Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes, where recognition was received as the top graduating student in the class.
