Fabiola Marchiori

Fabiola Marchiori is the current VP of Engineering at Nubank. Fabiola has extensive experience in leading digital transformations, having served as the CTO at iti Itaú and the Director of Technology at Itaú Unibanco. Prior to that, they were an Executive Manager and Tech Lead at Algar Tech.

Fabiola has been instrumental in leading their teams to create simple and innovative customer experiences through mobile apps and APIs. Under their leadership, the team at Itaú Unibanco grew to over 80 engineers specializing in these areas.

Fabiola is a highly respected leader in the engineering community, and their work has been instrumental in shaping the future of banking in Latin America.

Fabiola Marchiori's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU, a Design Thinking certificate from Echos laboratorio de inovação, a Strategic Risk Management certificate from The Wharton School, a Marketing Digital certificate from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, and an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Fabiola Marchiori reports to Matt Swann, CTO. They work with David Currie - Chief Information Security Officer, Lindsey Bleimes - VP, Engineering, and Edward Wible - Co-Founder & Software Engineer.
