Fernanda Goncalves

Fernanda Goncalves possesses a diverse background in talent acquisition and people analytics, with experience in prominent companies such as Nubank, Shopee, SumUp, and RD Station. Currently serving in Talent Operations at Nubank since January 2022, Fernanda previously held roles in People Analytics at Shopee and various positions at SumUp, including Compensation & People Analytics and Tech Sourcer. At RD Station, Fernanda focused on hiring top sales talent for Brazil and LATAM, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
