Darin Conselyea

Darin Conselyea has extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as the Head of HR Service Delivery, Transformation and Colleague Relations at Guardian Life, along with previous roles including Head of Employee Relations and Lead Human Resources Business Partner for Large Market. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at ReedGroup, HR Head for the Americas Region at Barclays, and various VP positions at Prudential Financial focused on Talent Management and Global Business & Technology Solutions. Additionally, Darin holds a Masters Professional Studies degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School and is pursuing a Talent Management Certificate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where studies are ongoing since November 2017. Darin also contributes to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, Inc. as a National Board Member and Director of the Governance Committee.
