Gregory Lisboa is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as a Global Executive Recruiter Specialist at Nubank since August 2025, Gregory focuses on recruiting senior leaders for technology and business roles across multiple countries. As a Partner & Advisor at Cotidiano Design, Gregory contributes to the transformation of residential spaces through innovative design. Previously, Gregory held key roles at Grupo Boticário and XP Inc., where responsibilities included building talent acquisition teams and leading recruitment for critical technology and operational positions. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Gregory started the career as a recruitment intern in life sciences and has demonstrated a strong capability in developing recruitment strategies and processes in diverse industries.
