Guilherme Lago

Guilherme Lago has over a decade of experience working in the financial sector. Guilherme began their career as an associate at Advent International, a private equity firm, before moving on to McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm. In 2006, they joined Credit Suisse as a managing director.

In their current role as CFO at Nubank, Lago is responsible for the financial planning and execution of the company's strategy. Guilherme has played a key role in Nubank's growth, helping to raise over $1 billion in funding and leading the company's expansion into new markets.
