Guilherme Namindome

Guilherme Namindome is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analytics and operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Nubank since June 2019. During a pivotal growth phase, Guilherme played a crucial role in scaling customer service operations from 8 million to 25 million customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Key contributions include data modeling using Erlang algorithms, workforce analytics, and the development of performance monitoring tools. Prior to Nubank, Guilherme held positions as a Senior Operations Analyst at Itaú Unibanco, focusing on data analysis for credit card operations, and as a Project Reliability and Safety Assurance Manager at Alstom, where leadership roles encompassed project budget management and risk evaluation.
