Marcelo Marchel dos Santos is an accomplished IT Executive with extensive experience in engineering management and IT governance, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Nubank. Prior roles include co-founder of PMI Soluções and senior engineering management positions at PicPay and Banco Original. Marcelo has previously held engineering management roles at Nubank within both IT Engineering and Investments. Additionally, Marcelo has experience as Head of IT Governance, Help Desk, and Service Desk at Easynvest. Marcelo holds a Postgraduate degree in Strategic Planning & Administration from FIA Business School and a Master’s in Financial Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
