Paula Fadul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and customer engagement, currently serving as the Customer Security Analytics Leader at Nubank since September 2019. In this role, Paula developed an innovative CX analytical framework that enhances decision-making in customer service operations. Previous positions include leading a multifunctional team in Customer Marketing and establishing the Marketing Analytics Chapter at Nubank.
