Raja Rao Dharanipragada

Raja Rao Dharanipragada has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Raja Rao is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Nubes Opus since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) as a Solutions Architect starting from November 2017.

Before joining NAIC, Raja worked at H&R Block as the Manager of Technology from October 2015 to November 2017. Raja Rao also held the role of Project Lead at H&R Block from August 2008 to September 2015.

Raja's career began at Jeevan Technologies in 2005, where they served as the Lead Software Engineer / Offshore Manager until August 2008. Prior to that, they worked at HCL Technologies as a Member Technical Staff from August 2004 to November 2005.

Before entering the technology industry, Raja worked as a Systems Executive at MA FOI Management Consultants Ltd from April 2004 to August 2004. Raja Rao also gained experience as a Software Programmer at Virinchi Technologies Ltd. from July 2000 to April 2004.

Raja Rao Dharanipragada completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics Hons from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning from 1997-2000. Raja Rao then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Visweshwaraiah Technological University from 2000-2003. In addition to their formal education, Raja Rao Dharanipragada has obtained several certifications. Raja Rao became a Certified Java Professional from Sun Microsystems in January 2006. In July 2013, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Furthermore, they obtained Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2013 and TOGAF® Certification from The Open Group in January 2020. Lastly, they acquired the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in November 2018.
