Nichole Delp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nichole began their career in 2002 as a Regional West Coast Manager at Future Com Corporation, where they focused on reselling Network Associates products. Nichole later moved on to Evigi Corporation as a Regional West Coast Manager, supporting and reselling IT analysis and security manufacturers' products.
In 2003, Nichole became a Regional Sales Manager at Network Instruments, responsible for field sales and services in Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, and Wyoming. Nichole consistently exceeded quota, averaging $750K per quarter. Nichole then joined Network General as a Regional Sales Manager, developing and managing field sales in several counties, primarily focusing on new account development in medium to large enterprise accounts.
From 2006 to 2007, Nichole worked as a Regional Sales Manager at PacketMotion Inc., where they developed and managed field sales across the United States. Nichole was responsible for new business development, including onsite proof of concepts, customer use cases, and partnerships.
In 2008, Nichole became the NorCal Regional Sales Director at Absolute Analysis Inc., responsible for building the company's first direct sales channel. Nichole had an in-depth understanding of various protocols and technologies and focused on building relationships and driving sales.
From 2009 to 2010, Nichole worked as a Channel Account Manager at netVigilance, Inc., where they managed channel partnerships and supported sales efforts.
In 2010, Nichole joined VSS Monitoring as a Manager, VAR Channels, responsible for improving network visibility, reducing response times, and capturing traffic. Nichole later became the Director of Business Development from 2011 to 2012 and the Sales Training Manager from 2013 to 2013.
From 2014 to 2016, Nichole worked at Big Switch Networks, initially as a Corporate Sales representative and later as the Director of Worldwide Inside Sales. Nichole was responsible for sales, product sales, and channel management across the United States, focusing on potential opportunities at Fortune 1000 companies.
Most recently, Nichole has been at Nubeva since 2017, serving as the Director of Business Development & Sales.
Nichole Delp earned their AS degree in General Education with a major in Science from West Valley College. Nichole attended the college from 1991 to 1993. Following their time at West Valley College, they pursued further education at San Jose State University, where they obtained a BS degree in Biology with a minor in Business. Nichole completed their studies at San Jose State University from 1993 to 1996.
