Hoang van Tran

Hoang Van Tran is a Research Associate II at NuChem Sciences since January 2022, previously holding the title of Research Associate I. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Student Researcher at Centre Armand-Frappier Santé Biotechnologie, INRS from August 2018 to December 2021, where Hoang Van Tran conducted research on the functionalization of organoruthenium complexes for cancer therapy and antimicrobial applications. Earlier internships at DEMETA and Université de Rennes I involved developing methods for pest protection in crops and synthesizing heterocyclic enamine-zinc complexes, respectively. Hoang Van Tran holds a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry and specialized studies in Analytical Chemistry and Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Institut national de la recherche scientifique and Université de Rennes I.
